Shipping
KLmountainshop.com ships all over the United States. Within the United States you have the choice of UPS express delivery options or Free Ground shipping. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally.
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 12-24 hours for orders to ship. Orders placed by 2pm leave the same day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through the weekend will not ship until Monday morning.
Delivery will occur Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Signature required for delivery. Your order must be received 2:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Please note: No Saturday or Sunday delivery is available.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $39.95
Free Shipping on orders over $39.95 will be sent via UPS Ground. In certain cases of oversized packages, APO Addresses, or packages going to Post Office Boxes we reserve the right to use United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If you cannot except UPS delivery, please state that in the comments section during checkout. Take note that all shipping services we use require a signature upon delivery.
OVERSIZED PACKAGES: If for some reason your package is oversized, we will email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. Your order will not ship until we get your approval regarding the new charges.
We also ship free to all APO addresses. If you are shipping to an APO address, please use the Checkout with Multiple Addresses at the cart page. Select the "Warehouse Pick Up" option for shipping during checkout and the warehouse department will automatically provide Free Shipping to your APO address.

- 3 day means 3 business days of travel before delivery
- 2-Day means 2 business days
- Next Day means next business day
Refusing Delivery
If you choose to abandon your package and we do not receive the product back, we cannot credit you. If you abandon or return your package, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
