The North Face Girl's Montana Mitt is an awesome all-around winter mitt built with durable HyVent 2L fabric and insulated with 120 grams of Heatshield Optimal Insulation. A removable leash prevents mitts from falling off the chairlift and a gauntlet cinchcord prevents snow from getting inside. There is also a handwarmer stash pocket on the back off the hands.
